CLE discussing the Ethical duties and responsibilities when using GAI, with a focus on Competence, confidentiality, supervision/oversight, and fees.   It includes GAI pitfalls and best practice recommendations.  The CLE includes discussion of ethics opinions and disciplinary rules relevant to these topics, including ABA Opinions 512, 477r, 483, 498; Texas Opinions 532, 665, 680, 705; ABA Model Rules 1.1 and 1.6; and TDRPC 1.01, 1.03, 1.05, 5.01, 5.03.
