Overview of ethical requirements for attorneys with respect to  the use of technology as set out in the relevant ABA and Texas ethics opinions, with a discussion of several real-world tech gone wrong examples and analysis of what steps could have been taken to avoid or mitigate those problems, as well as ethical consideration regarding same.

This course qualifies for 1.00 CLE and 0.50 Ethics Credit.
