Description
A high-level discussion of ethical pitfalls encountered by attorneys during the intake process, contracting with the client, multi-client conflicts, subpoena of a client file, withdrawing representation, death of a client, settlement issues, liens, how to respond to negative reviews and duties of departing lawyers.
The course qualifies for 1 hour of CLE and Ethics credit for the State Bar of Texas.
