Description
This CLE provides a discussion of the issues most frequently confronting newly licensed attorneys, tips to avoid malpractice claims and grievances plus relevant disciplinary rules for new (or new-ish) lawyers.
The course qualifies for 1.25 hours of CLE credits and 1.00 hour of Ethics credit for the State Bar of Texas.
