Description
A review of the changes to Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct approved in the referendum and adopted by the Supreme Court, including a discussion of the significant new terminology as it relates to those Rules, new comments to the new/amended Rules and Terminology, and practical applications regarding same.
