This course, presented by TLIE Senior Vice President Jett Hanna (Retired), discusses recent ethics rules changes regarding a lawyer's duty of competence when using technology, and opinions written with those rules in mind. The course will discuss specific ways every lawyer can help avoid exposure of client data and disruption of legal services to clients. This course will qualify for 1 hour of ethics credit.
