Carrie Phaneuf of Cobb Martinez Woodward PLLC provides a step by step overview of the grievance process when a complaint is filed against an attorney. The presentation covers the process from the time a complaint is filed, the classification of an inquiry or complaint, investigatory hearings, just cause determinations, the grievance referral program and possible adjudicatory outcomes.
